Mark Steven Miller | Certified Leadership and Team Coach ICF ACC, MBA

I am a fearless ally on your leadership journey. After years of building and leading ventures across industries, I discovered that my greatest success came from helping others grow, evolve and realize their potential. I know first hand what it means to leave behind the comfort of known success and step into uncertainty. Every chapter of my career has asked me to reinvent - to listen for what is no longer working and move toward what wants to emerge. I bring that lived experience into my coaching, standing with you as you navigate change with integrity, presence, and grounded confidence.

I am trained through Georgetown University’s ITL in executive leadership coaching, CRR Global’s Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) and Certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). My work spans identity-centered leadership development, the pursuit of greater meaning and purpose and career transition work. My Conflict Resolution Coaching (CRC) project engages teams to quickly assess and proactively address the underlying forces that create conflict and disrupt culture within organizations including the U.S. Department of Energy, the University of Texas and companies around the globe.

In my free time, I play tenor guitar and compose in the American folk tradition, practice zazen mediation, hot smoke my own salmon and pastrami and love to tell a restaurant’s story through photography (2,300,000+ photo views on Google Reviews and counting).
